Gregg Popovich was already an A-hole to David Aldridge (Video)

San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich is known for always being a total jerk to sideline reporters, and he wasted no time on Tuesday night picking up right where he left off last spring.

In his first in-game interview of the 2014-2015 season, Popovich treated TNT’s David Aldridge the way he always has. Aldridge, who seemed to know Pop was about to give him a hard time, asked where Popovich can see his team coming up with the stops needed in the fourth quarter to win the game.

“Where do I see it?” Pop said while staring at Aldridge and chuckling. “I see it right here on the floor.”

Aldridge is as used to Popovich’s antics as any reporter, and he always takes it in stride. Last year, Pop stared at Aldridge for what felt like an eternity before answering one of his questions. The two seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with one another.

As for the game, the Spurs came up with just enough stops in the fourth quarter to beat the Dallas Mavericks 101-100. Pop had to have been pleased.
