LeBron James’ son reportedly ‘very likely’ to enroll at LA school

LeBron James

If Los Angeles Lakers fans are monitoring where LeBron James’ 13-year-old son is enrolling in school as an indicator of where the elder James may end up this summer, they are probably getting quite excited.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks that LeBron James Jr. aka “Bronny” has committed to Sierra Canyon High School in Los Angeles. The school denied two weeks ago that the James family had informed them of any final decision, but TMZ is reporting that Bronny is “very likely” to enroll at Sierra Canyon.

Another good sign for Lakers fans — LeBron James’ 13-year-old superstar son is very “likely” to enroll at Sierra Canyon School in L.A. … but our sources say “it’s not a done deal.” …

… Earlier this month, ex-NBA star Gary Payton told BSO that Bronny is definitely heading to Sierra Canyon — but our sources say nothing is official … at least not yet.

As one source with knowledge of the situation put it … all signs point to Bronny ending up at SC, and the school is holding a place for him when he makes his final decision.

LeBron’s family owns a home in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, so his son committing to an L.A. school wouldn’t necessarily be a guarantee that LeBron is going to sign with the Lakers. However, he has spoken about wanting to spend time with his family and watch Bronny play as much as possible, so it would definitely be a positive sign.

We have heard reports about the James family checking out schools in other areas, and the rumblings are all part of the LeBron free agency frenzy. We’ve done this two times before, so we all know how it works.
