A little jig from LeBron James after receiving his championship ring prior to the Cavaliers’ game against the Knicks on Tuesday has some wondering whether “The King” was mocking Steph Curry.
Prior to games, Curry has a pregame dance routine he does to the tune of “Jones BBQ Foot Massage.”
While we can’t say that is exactly what LeBron was trying to replicate after receiving his ring, a dance he did for a few seconds looked pretty similar:
Are people reading too much into LeBron’s dance and seeing something with it that really doesn’t exist? That’s always possible. It’s hard to say, though we do know LeBron likes to subtly rub things in sometimes. But we do know that the Cavs are proud of their 3-1 NBA Finals comeback against the Warriors. They even made note of that in their championship rings:
