Luka Doncic did not tolerate a seemingly bad gesture from a fan during Wednesday’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Sacramento Kings.
After the ball was knocked out of bounds late in the third quarter of the game at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif., a fan threw it back with excessive force and hit referee Chelisa Painter. Doncic saw what happened and immediately said something to the fan, who was later escorted out.

After some commotion, the game resumed, and play went on, as Doncic and the Lakers picked up their third consecutive win, beating the Kings, 116-103.
Following the game, Doncic shed some light on what happened between the fan and the ref.
“He just tossed it really strong — the ball — toward the ref. I just asked him what the hell he’s doing,” the Slovenian superstar said, via Anthony Slater of ESPN.
The two-time NBA scoring champion Doncic finished the game with 40 points on 11/23 shooting from the field, with six 3-pointers and a 12/13 shooting from the foul line. He added nine rebounds and seven assists to his name.
Austin Reaves added 21 points for the Lakers, who improved to 7-2 on the season.
