The NBA is instituting a rule change to try to clamp down on the Hack-A-Player strategy, and Mark Cuban isn’t a fan.
The league announced Tuesday that intentional fouls off the ball will not be rewarded in the last two minutes of every quarter.
The Mavericks owner was critical of the rule, claiming that it rewards incompetence.
Mark Cuban told ESPN he voted against new deliberate foul rules. "Rewarding incompetence is never a good business strategy," he said.

Cuban has been vocally against such a change for a while now. The NBA is an entertainment product, though, and most fans are not interested in seeing a parade of fouls that sends a bad shooter to the line to constantly brick free throws.
Of course, if you’re cynical, you might wonder if Cuban is still just a little bit bitter and is conveying it through this stance.
