Mark Jackson takes shot at NBA referee Twitter account
Mark Jackson took a shot at the NBA referee Twitter account while calling Wednesday’s Portland Trail Blazers-Golden State Warriors game.
Jackson was incredulous after Steph Curry failed to receive a shooting foul call despite being contacted by Al-Farouq Aminu just before halftime. He then took a shot at the NBA ref Twitter account. Listen:

Jackson was referring to the account defending what was one of the most egregious cases of traveling we have seen. They actually defended why traveling was not called on Bradley Beal.
The offensive player gathers with his right foot on the ground. He then takes two legal steps, before losing control of the ball. After regaining possession, a player is allowed to regain his pivot foot and pass or shoot prior to that foot returning to the ground. This is legal. https://t.co/0hVqgHw3w7

That call was indefensible. They also defended why no double-dribble was called on Kevin Durant at the end of the Warriors’ win over the
Heat.
When the referee account defends bad calls, it hurts their credibility. Jackson is making that pretty clear.
