Report: Mavericks hit with sanctions over workplace misconduct
The NBA has wrapped up its investigation into alleged workplace misconduct by the Dallas Mavericks, and the team will pay a heavy price.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, owner Mark Cuban has agreed to donate $10 million to organizations that support women in leadership roles and combat domestic violence, and the team will be subject to sanctions and check-ups to change their practices and eliminate the toxic workplace culture.

According to the NBA's report, Mavericks were found to have "Serious workplace misconduct by former and current employees," and "improper or ineffective management."

The NBA's report says that claims were substantiated by 15 current and former employees regarding inappropriate comments and touching by former Dallas Mavericks President and CEO Terdema Ussery.
