Meyers Leonard’s wife has a response for Hassan Whiteside after the two players were traded for each other as part of a larger deal.
Whiteside was dealt by the Miami Heat to Portland as part of a four-team deal also involving the LA Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers. Jimmy Butler, Josh Richardson and Moe Harkless were also involved in the four-way trade.
Whiteside seemed stoked about the trade and boasted on Instagram about how the Blazers had shooters, saying “we got shooters!”

Leonard’s wife Elle must have seen the video, because she offered a funny response on Twitter, saying “we got shooters coming to Miami.” Her tweet included a video of her draining outside shots on a basketball court:
