Michael Porter Jr out indefinitely after undergoing spine surgery
Michael Porter Jr. slid all the way to the No. 14 overall pick in the NBA Draft despite being one of the most talented players in the country, and it is quite clear now that his health is the reason for that.
The Denver Nuggets announced on Thursday that Porter will be out indefinitely after he underwent surgery of the lumbar spine. It is not the first surgery the former Missouri star has had on his back.
Porter played in only parts of three games at Missouri last season after he injured his back in the first game and had to have surgery. His talent is undeniable, but the Nuggets have already admitted that they don’t expect him to play next season.
