Nate Robinson is reportedly trying out for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday. Yes, former NBA point guard Nate Robinson.

According to Master Tesfatsion and Mark Maske of The Washington Post, Robinson is trying to make the Seahawks’ roster as a defensive back. Robinson played in college at the University of Washington and has previously expressed interest in pursuing a career in pro football.

Robinson, 32, last played for the New Orleans Pelicans in 2015 before heading to Israel. He played all 13 games for Washington at cornerback in 2002 and started the final six games of the season. He ultimately decided to give up football to focus on basketball and was later drafted with the 21st overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft.

Back in 2011, Robinson said he was considering playing football during the NBA lockout. He also put this video together a few months back to show how serious he is about wanting to play in the NFL.
