One of the most hilarious moments from the aftermath of the Raptors winning the NBA title was the fan who was roaming the streets of Toronto with a housewarming gift that he wanted to give Kawhi Leonard. On Monday, the fan got his chance.
It wasn’t the same gift, but Leonard was happy to reach down and grab another lovely plant from the fan. Everyone loved it.

The original gift was much larger, but it must have gotten lost in the mayhem after Toronto’s Game 6 win over the Golden State Warriors. The fan’s message, of course, was that he wanted to give Leonard a housewarming gift because the NBA Finals MVP is not leaving Toronto.

We still don’t know if Leonard will stay or leave, but his impending free agency managed to become a big theme during the championship parade. Even his teammates got in on the fun.
