Referees miss Kawhi Leonard travel on Fred VanVleet dagger
The referees utilized a “let em play” attitude when it came to travels during Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night.
Fred VanVleet nailed a 3-pointer to put his Toronto Raptors up 118-105 on the Golden State Warriors with under two minutes left, essentially serving as a dagger. Right before he got the pass, Kawhi Leonard appeared to have landed after jumping with the ball and should have been called for a travel.

ABC’s announcers thought there was a missed call.
That seemed to be the theme of the evening. The refs also missed what looked like a travel by Steph Curry on the preceding play:

On top of that, the officials missed a blatant carry by Steph Curry in the first quarter. Calls were missed all over.
Toronto won the game 123-109 to take a 2-1 series lead.
