The referees missed a goaltend by Serge Ibaka on a Manu Ginobili layup in the final minute of Game 6 of the Western Conference finals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs Saturday that could have cost the Spurs the chance to win the game and clinch the series in regulation.
Ginobili went up for a layup with 44.9 seconds left and the game tied at 97. Russell Westbrook tried to block it from behind while Ibaka met him from the front. Replays showed that Ibaka blocked the shot after it went off the backboard, which would constitute goaltending. Unfortunately, the referees missed the call live and do not have the ability to review the play, which is really stupid.

The teams ended up tied and going to overtime, but losing those two points kept the Spurs from winning in regulation. At least they closed it out on overtime.
