Reggie Miller rips ‘soft’ NBA over Trae Young ejection

Reggie Miller ripped the NBA on Sunday over a bogus ejection of Atlanta Hawks rookie Trae Young.
Young was ejected from the Hawks’ game against the Chicago Bulls after being assessed his second technical foul of the game. The first came following an incident with Kris Dunn in the first quarter. The second came because Young stared down Dunn after making a long 3-pointer in the third quarter.
Many could not believe that such a minor act from Young would result in a technical foul and ultimate ejection. Miller, one of the most well-known trash talkers when he played in the NBA, sent a tweet about things, asking what happened to the league.
What’s happened to my beloved NBA game? So damn SOFT and SENSITIVE now, nooooo way Trae Young should be given a technical for this.. I would have been broke and out of the league in 2 years … #LetBallersBall pic.twitter.com/0eKlxOCx8V

It’s hard to argue against Miller. That was a soft, premature ejection for Young and not warranted. Maybe the NBA will recognize that and rescind the second technical foul.
