Sixers’ Mike Scott ready to talk s— to Drake in Game 7

Drake Raptors

Drake is a prominent figure at Toronto Raptors games and is already expected to be a factor in the huge Game 7 on Sunday.

The Philadelphia 76ers beat the Raptors 112-101 in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Thursday night to force a deciding game in Toronto. Philly’s Mike Scott had 11 points off the bench in the win and knows what to expect on Sunday.

“It’s going to be a hostile environment in Toronto,” Scott told ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt an interview on Thursday. “I’m pretty sure they’re going to be talking crazy. Of course we gotta deal with Drake. It’ll be even better if we go out there and win and I can talk all the s— I can to Drake.”

Drake was a boisterous figure in Toronto’s Game 5 win. He was celebrating, talking, getting emotional, and even seen trolling Sixers star Joel Embiid with the airplane move.

Though it’s nice to have the celebrity support, Drake’s presence could cause the Sixers to be more focused and driven to get a win. And let’s also not forget about how much of a factor the Drake Curse can be. Toronto better watch out.
