Steph Curry’s timeline for foot injury recovery revealed
Stephen Curry suffered a foot injury during Wednesday night’s game against the Boston Celtics, and it is one that could keep him out a while. Though, initial tests did reveal good news for the Golden State Warriors.
Curry has been diagnosed with a sprained ligament in his left foot, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. X-rays came back negative, so there is no fracture. ESPN reports that the Warriors are optimistic Curry will be able to return for the playoffs.
Initial evaluation of Steph Curry's sprained ligament in his left foot offers optimism that he can return by the start of the playoffs in mid-April, but he's expected to see specialists soon for further evaluation, sources tell @ramonashelburne

The Warriors have been a bit streaky over the past month. They entered Thursday with a record of 47-23, which places them third in the Western Conference. They have enjoyed a bounce-back season and are considered one of the favorites to win a title.
That would all change if Curry had to miss time in the postseason. The 34-year-old is averaging 25.5 points and 6.3 assists per game. With the Warriors comfortably in the playoffs, getting Curry healthy down the stretch will be a priority.
