Stephen Curry suffers possible ankle injury after slipping at shootaround
Stephen Curry’s ankles appear to be giving him some trouble yet again.
Mark Medina of The Mercury News reported on Wednesday that the Golden State Warriors superstar needed to have his ankle checked after slipping during shootaround. The severity of the injury was not immediately clear.

The Warriors will be playing the LA Clippers at home on Wednesday night.
Curry, who is averaging a team-high 27.9 points to go along with 6.4 assists per game this season, missed nearly a month of action in December after suffering a badly sprained right ankle against the New Orleans Pelicans on Dec. 4 (video here). Monday’s win over the Denver Nuggets marked just his fifth game back from injury, and with Curry’s well-known history of ankle woes, Warriors fans will surely hold their breath at this latest development.
