Stephen Curry ramping up rehab, to be re-evaluated in one week
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry looks to be on schedule as he seeks to return from an MCL sprain.
In an update provided by the team on Saturday, Curry is making “steady functional progress” and will be stepping up his rehabilitation efforts this week, after which he will be re-evaluated once more.

This is all pretty good news, all things considered, with no unpleasant surprises for the star guard. Curry is aiming for a second round return, and this update appears to keep him on track to do that. The first round won’t be happening, and the Warriors will have to see off the San Antonio Spurs to ensure that Curry gets the opportunity to play again this season.
