Leave it to Swaggy P to come in with a funny opinion of the Chris Brown situation.
Swaggy P filmed this video where he talked about Brown ruining the neighborhood where they both live in Southern California. Swaggy complained about the music artist’s standoff with the SWAT team that is in the headlines Tuesday and said it was getting them both in trouble in the neighborhood.
