NBA practice facilities will be permitted to reopen on a limited basis next week in states where stay-at-home orders have been relaxed. While some teams are going to wait a bit longer, at least three look set to take advantage of the opportunity.
According to Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today, the Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks, and Miami Heat are set to open up next week. The Golden State Warriors, on the other hand, won’t even be able to consider opening until the end of May.
Some teams, such as the Hawks, Bucks and Heat, are looking at next week to open their practice facilities. The Warriors are sitting still until at least May 31 under San Francisco stay-at-home guidelines.

The trickle of teams opening up will continue, but it doesn’t mean we’re close to basketball. Everyone will open at different times and only when it’s safe.
The league has issued very strict guidelines about opening up. Expect this to be a slow, gradual process that still sees us over a month away from an NBA return even in the best-case scenario.
