Tobias Harris returning to Sixers on five-year deal
Tobias Harris is staying put and securing the bag.
The free agent forward will be re-signing with the Philadelphia 76ers on a five-year, $180 million deal, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Free agent Tobias Harris plans to sign a five-year, $180M deal to return to Philadelphia, his agent and father of Torrel Harris of Unique Sports Management International (https://t.co/gcG6cfC4JG) tells @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium.

Harris, 26, was acquired by the Sixers at last February’s trade deadline and averaged 18.2 points and 7.9 rebounds per game with the team. JJ Redick’s departure to the New Orleans Pelicans at the beginning of free agency presumably created more money for Philly to give to Harris.
Recent reports suggested that Harris might be reuniting with an old flame, but the Sixers keep their man, and now the attention will turn to if they can bring back Jimmy Butler as well.
