The Washington Wizards are looking a bit hypocritical amidst their displeasure over the way Sunday’s loss to the Golden State Warriors ended.
In a post to the NBA subreddit on Monday, Reddit user AdzBoogie shared a video documenting multiple times this season that the Wizards attempted three-pointers in the final seconds of the fourth quarter with a big lead. In each instance, the Wizards shot a three with less than 15 seconds remaining in the game and a lead of at least 20 points.
Of course, the Wizards were upset when Warriors big man JaVale McGee did the same to them at the end of Sunday’s 139-115 defeat at Oracle Arena. Getting a taste of their own medicine was probably quite bitter indeed.
