Watch: Pacers’ Myles Turner auditions for Colts with ridiculous throw
The Indianapolis Colts may have finally found their Andrew Luck insurance policy.
On Monday, Indiana Pacers big Myles Turner tweeted a video of himself on the gridiron. In the video, the 22-year-old showed off his ridiculous cannon of an arm, easily launching the football 50-60 yards down the field. Turner then tagged the Colts in the tweet and jokingly asked if they did 10-day contracts.

Turner, who averaged 12.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game last season, checks in at 6-foot-11 and 243 pounds. Thus, he would obviously be a pretty imposing sight under center for the Colts.
As for the incumbent Colts quarterback Luck, he continues to progress slowly in the rehab of his surgically-repaired shoulder, so it’s probably good to know that there is someone in-house (sort of) who can spring into action if need be.
