North Florida head coach Matthew Driscoll helped his team achieve some national recognition on Wednesday night despite losing a play-in game to Robert Morris 81-77.
During his halftime interview on truTV, Driscoll gave a superb quote.
“Between the black lines it’s about players being players. Ballers make plays, dudes are dudes. I mean that’s the way life works,” he said.
Put that on a T-shirt. North Florida should trademark that.
By the way, since when is being a dude a bad thing? Maybe it’s just like being basic in his eyes.
