Roy Williams collapsed in a team huddle during North Carolina’s close game at Boston College on Tuesday night.
Williams was angry over a call and had some words for the officials. As he made his way into the team huddle, he fell to the ground and had to be helped by his players:
The 65-year-old announced in 2007 that he has vertigo. He has had spells like this before during games and has to sit down at times when he is feeling the effects.
Williams was helped to the locker room after the latest bout and is said to be doing OK.
UNC spokesman Steve Kirschner tells us, of Roy, "He's doing OK." Got dizzy, had to be taken to locker room.
