Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo defended himself Sunday regarding ESPN’s reporting of sexual assaults in the athletic department.
Izzo said that he had cooperated with all investigations into wrongdoing on the part of his players and coaches, and that he would continue to do so.

Of course, this isn’t really the issue. Izzo and others were criticized for not taking action against alleged perpetrators, and the investigations were criticized as not being very thorough. Many more questions will have to be answered in the days and weeks to come.
