The Auburn radio call of the incredible Iron Bowl finish was every bit as awesome as the game’s ending.
Announcer Rod Bramblett absolutely lost his mind and gave us a call for the ages. After starting off the call slowly, he gradually picked up steam as Chris Davis began returning the missed field goal attempt. Then when Davis started to break free, Bramblett began to lose his mind.
“Holy cow! Oh my god! Auburn wins! Auburn has won the Iron Bowl! I cannot believe it!”
Bramblett absolutely nailed it. What a memorable call for what will be one of the most memorable plays in Auburn history.

He thought FOR SURE that field goal was going to be good, huh? At least he wasn’t a total homer whining over the disappointment when they lost.
