Baker Mayfield does throat gesture after Georgia missed field goal
Baker Mayfield’s competitive and controversial nature was on full display in the first half of Oklahoma’s playoff game against Georgia at the Rose Bowl on Monday.
After the Bulldogs missed a field goal when down 14-7 in the first quarter, ESPN’s cameras captured Mayfield doing a throat gesture. Take a look:

Was Mayfield doing a throat gesture to suggest Georgia’s kicker had choked? Or was he being more aggressive and saying Oklahoma was going to cut their throats/kill them in the game?
Who knows, but it’s clear the Sooners senior was all about messing with the Bulldogs throughout the day.
