Bradley Chubb rips fan for calling him out over skipping bowl game
Bradley Chubb on Friday ripped a fan on Twitter who called him out for skipping NC State’s bowl game.
Chubb, who is considered a top NFL Draft prospect, did not play in the Wolfpack’s Sun Bowl game against Arizona State. The school announced his decision the day of the game, leading to some backlash from fans.
One said it was wrong of Chubb to travel to the game on NC State’s dime then announce on gameday he was sitting out.
Hot take: It's crappy that Bradley Chubb traveled to Texas on State's dime and then on gameday to announce he was sitting out the game. If you're going pro, go pro. https://t.co/9aFspBJ8Kq

Chubb responded by telling the fan he had “no idea” what he was talking about. He used the Big Baller Brand “stay in yo lane” as well.
Stay in yo lane bro no idea what you’re talking about!!! God Bless https://t.co/TP551n0nm7

There probably is a lot more to this story than what the public was told. NC State probably was made aware of this possibility prior to Friday, which leads Chubb to say people don’t know what they’re talking about.
NC State’s coach Dave Doeren said he backed Chubb:
Bradley Chubb will not play in today's game. Dave Doeren says that after meeting with Chubb & his family, he "understands and supports his decision."
