Jake Fromm suffers ankle injury on sack against LSU
Jake Fromm was briefly knocked out of Saturday’s SEC Championship Game after a sack by LSU in the second quarter.
Fromm was sacked by Grant Delpit on a second down play in the middle of the second quarter as his Georgia Bulldogs trailed 14-3. The quarterback’s left ankle got twisted, leading Fromm to exit the game.

Stetson Bennett then entered for Georgia and threw an incomplete pass on third-and-long.
Fromm went into the medical tent on the sidelines after his injury. He later emerged with his left ankle heavily taped.
Fromm was only 8/15 for 82 yards prior to his injury.
