Watch: Kyler Murray commits huge turnover in strange fashion
Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray committed a brutal turnover during the third quarter of the Sooners’ game against the Texas Longhorns.
Murray was in trouble and scrambling around the pocket when he appeared to try to hold himself up with the ball, managing instead to place it on the turf, leading to a turnover.

Murray’s fumble had huge ramifications. The Sooners were already down 31-24, and Texas’s recovery set up a short field that they turned into a touchdown to go up by 14.
It hasn’t been a great couple weeks for Murray, who had some disciplinary issues a week ago. The Heisman candidate looked genuinely rattled by the Texas defense at times on Saturday as well.
