Prospective graduate transfer quarterback Wilton Speight was spotted at a UCLA Bruins football practice.
Speight announced late last year that he was planning to leave the Wolverines program as a graduate transfer. At the moment he is without a place to play next season, but speculation will surely be ratcheted up over the following days based on what transpired on Thursday.
While the Bruins were practicing, Speight was on a spectator on the sideline.

The Bruins have a void to fill with Josh Rosen declaring for this year’s NFL Draft. There was some extra competition for Devon Modster after former Washington quarterback K.J. Carta-Samuels announced he would transfer to UCLA. However, Colorado State later announced Carta-Samuels would transfer there and enroll in graduate school.
Jim Harbaugh did not rule out Speight returning to Michigan, but the fact that Speight was at UCLA means there is at least some cursory interest there.
