Trevor Etienne is officially leaving Florida for an SEC rival.
Etienne, who entered the transfer portal earlier this month, told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Sunday that he has committed to Georgia.
Etienne rushed for 753 yards and a team-leading eight touchdowns for Florida this season. He split carries with Montrell Johnson Jr., who led the Gators in both attempts (152) and rushing yards (817).

Georgia’s rushing game this season has been led by seniors Daijun Edwards and Kendall Milton. Etienne has two years of eligibility left.
Etienne, the younger brother of Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne, reportedly considered at least two other top programs before committing to Georgia.
