The Miami Dolphins are one of five NFL teams to be 0-4 after the first month of the season, and nothing is clicking in South Beach.
The Dolphins are last in the league with just 11.5 points per game, and the offense is so bad that Miami is on the wrong side of the NFL record books.
The Dolphins are the only team to score 13 or fewer in each of their first 4 games in the last 22 years, although this same franchise has done this same thing two other times during that span.
Last 3 teams to score 13 or fewer in each of their first 4 games: — 2004 Dolphins — 2019 Dolphins — 2026 Dolphins Miami’s offense is making the wrong kind of history 😭 https://t.co/tsPwCXzuTa

Miami has scored a grand total of 46 points in the four games, with 13 apiece in the first two weeks and 10 points in each game in Weeks 3 and 4.
Here’s another set of stats that show how bad the offense has been in Miami.
After 4 weeks, the Dolphins have not only been bad, but historically comparable to some of the worst teams in the last 15 years. Since 2011, the Dolphins rank (of 480 total seasons): – Dead last in margin per game (-13.75, despite the Hockenson collapse at the 1) – 473rd in net EPA/Play – 458th in offensive EPA/Play – 441st in defensive EPA/Play They still have the Bills (2x), Bengals, Lions, Broncos, Patriots (2x), Bears The most "winnable" games are: Jets (2x), Colts

Of course, it doesn’t help that star running back De’Von Achane is out for the season with an injury. Quarterback Malik Willis, who signed a $67.5 million deal in free agency, has just one touchdown and two interceptions this season, with one score on the ground.
Plus, the hire of Jeff Hafley as head coach was expected to breathe some life into this team after a disappointing ending with Mike McDaniel.
Instead, it’s been the exact opposite. Things might not get any better with a Week 5 showdown against Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals.
