WR Adam Thielen gets $64 million contract extension from Vikings
Adam Thielen has been one of the most productive wide receivers in the NFL the past few years and is being compensated accordingly.
Thielen and the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to a four year contract extension, according to his agency. They say the deal pays him $16 million per year on average and can be worth as much as $73 million.
The undrafted receiver has been a star the last two seasons. In 2017, he had 91 catches for 1,276 yards and four touchdowns. Last season he had 113 catches for 1,373 yards and nine touchdowns. The Vikings should now have him under contract during his prime seasons.
