AJ Brown has profane response to losing out on Offensive Rookie of the Year
AJ Brown was not happy to be passed over for Offensive Rookie of the Year.
After Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was announced Saturday as the winner, the Tennessee Titans receiver tweeted out a profane reaction.
“Bulls–t,” Brown wrote in the since-deleted tweet.
The 22-year-old then proceeded to issue an apology but stood by the sentiment behind his message.
I apologize for tweeting that , not what I said

Brown emerged as the Titans’ top receiver in 2019, pulling down 52 catches for 1,051 yards and eight touchdowns. His team also made it all the way to the conference championship game, which is way more than Murray and other deserving candidates like Josh Jacobs of the Oakland Raiders and Terry McLaurin of the Washington Redskins could say.
While Murray plays the flashier position and had much more hype about him, Brown was probably just as deserving of the OROY honors.
