Antonio Brown honoring Jose Fernandez, Kimbo Slice with latest custom cleats
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is continuing his tradition of honoring fallen sports figures this week with yet another pair of custom cleats. This time, Brown is paying homage to Jose Fernandez and Kimbo Slice.
The Steelers are heading to Miami to take on the Dolphins. Fernandez, of course, was one of the faces of the Marlins. Kimbo, a street-brawling legend who later became an MMA fighter, also lived in the Miami area. TMZ shared a photo of Brown’s newest kicks:

Brown most recently paid tribute to Muhammad Ali, though the NFL threatened to eject him from the game if he did not remove the footwear. You can see photos of those cleats here. The All-Pro receiver did the same for Arnold Palmer and the league shut that idea down, too.
