Le’Veon Bell has a high-profile ally in the Steelers locker room despite the controversy surrounding his holdout.
Bell has not yet reported to the Steelers and it appears all but certain he will not play in the team’s Week 1 game. The running back seems to have few allies on the team as a result of his decision to hold out and remain aloof. On Thursday, Antonio Brown offered his support and indicated all will be good when Bell returns to the team.

Bell has been bashed by teammates anonymously. Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert expressed his disappointment over the situation. Center Maurkice Pouncey called Bell “selfish”.
Bell has clearly rubbed more than a few people within the organization the wrong way. However, he has the support of perhaps the team’s best player, which has to mean a lot.
