As the Pittsburgh community continues to mourn the loss of 11 people who were killed in a mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue roughly a week ago, Ben Roethlisberger is planning to pay tribute to all those who were impacted with his footwear on Sunday.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter shared a photo of the cleats Roethlisberger will wear for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens, which incorporate the Star of David as part of the Steelers logo and feature the message “stronger than hate.”

As Schefter noted, former Steelers community relations manager Michel Rosenthal lost two of her brothers in the shooting. Roethlisberger and his wife are close with Rosenthal, which is part of what inspired Ben to wear the cleats on Sunday.
