The Cincinnati Bengals were blown out on Monday night for the second consecutive week, and fans felt the performance was further evidence that the team needs to make one major change.
The Denver Broncos beat the Bengals 28-3 in the Week 4 game between the two teams at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colo. Cincinnati produced a field goal on their opening drive of the game and failed to score another point after that.
Jake Browning, who made his second start in place of the injured Joe Burrow, completed just 14-of-25 passes for 125 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions. As Browning struggled, Bengals fans took to social media to urge the team to find a different backup quarterback.
Jake Browning is not a starting-caliber NFL quarterback. Time for the Bengals to make a change.

Jake Browning has to be the worst back up in the last 10 to 20 years.

Other fans called for the Bengals to make a trade for a veteran quarterback like Jameis Winston, Russell Wilson or Kirk Cousins.
Bengals need to trade for Jameis or Kirko it literally can’t get any worse than what it is right now.

Jake Browning cannot start another game for that team.
Gona put together a gofundme for Mike Brown to get jameis on the bengals. Who’s in?

I don't think they will do it, but Russell Wilson to CIN makes sense

1) Head Coach on hot seat
2) Real downfield threats, Wilson's speciality
3) Browning doesn't look competitive
4) AFC North is wide open
Browning looked completely inept for the majority of Monday night’s game. He was arguably worse in Week 3, when he went 19/27 for 140 yards, a touchdown and a pair of interceptions in Cincinnati’s 48-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
The Bengals have one of the best wide receiver duos in football with Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Chase looked extremely frustrated on the sidelines on Monday night and had an animated discussion with head coach Zac Taylor at one point. He undoubtedly would not object if Taylor decided to make a QB change.
Burrow is expected to miss most, if not all, of the 2025 season with a toe injury he suffered in Week 2. If the Bengals cannot find a way to get better play from the quarterback position, they will have virtually no chance of contending for a postseason spot.
