Report: Bengals WR John Ross expected to miss first two weeks
The racecar that is John Ross will likely be opening the NFL season in the garage.
Ross has a knee sprain that is expected to keep him out of Week 1 of the season and potentially Week 2, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

Ross left the Cincinnati Bengals’ preseason finale with a knee injury suffered against the Colts. That’s the injury that is keeping him out for the time being.
The Bengals took Ross No. 9 overall out of Washington even though the wide receiver had multiple knee injuries in college and needed shoulder surgery this offseason. Like many others, the Bengals were obviously impressed with Ross’ record-setting speed at the combine. A.J. Green and Brandon LaFell will be Cincinnati’s top two receivers to begin the season.
