Broncos team bus involved in minor accident on freeway
The Denver Broncos have experienced their first piece of Super Bowl excitement in California, only this was not the good kind.
Kirk Morrison of FOX Sports reports that one of the Broncos’ team buses was sustained minor damage on the freeway Monday afternoon. The bus apparently ended up with a crack in the windshield, though it is unclear exactly how it happened.

Jeff Darlington of NFL Network was told by a Broncos spokesman that the accident involved both buses, and it sounds like the drivers may have hit each other. The rear of one bus was pretty banged up:

Veteran defensive lineman DeMarcus Ware tweeted about the incident, noting that no one was injured:
To keep the day interesting, we have a small wreck. Looks like everyone is ok though. #SB50 pic.twitter.com/CjXTG5d6gx

We have seen instances in the past where fans intentionally do things to team buses (remember this egging incident?), but that doesn’t appear to be the case here. Fortunately no one was injured.
