Bryson DeChambeau showed everyone just how hard it is to catch a pass from an NFL quarterback.
DeChambeau had Super Bowl-winning quarterback Matthew Stafford join him for the latest episode of his YouTube show “Break 50,” which is a competition where DeChambeau teams with a guest to see if they can shoot below 50 in a scramble format. To tease the episode featuring Stafford, DeChambeau shared a video via social media of him trying to catch a pass thrown by the Los Angeles Rams quarterback.
The video shows DeChambeau running an in-route, with Stafford firing the ball at him with a tight spiral. DeChambeau was unable to hang on to the laser pass, making for several laughs over how hard the ball had been thrown.

That was one heck of a fastball thrown by Stafford. It’s easy to see why catching a pass from an NFL quarterback is best left to the pros. And what was DeChambeau thimking trying to catch that with the Masters coming up?
In the full video of the episode, DeChambeau was actually able to catch and throw the ball with Stafford pretty well.
If you’re wondering whether the two were able to break 50, we won’t spoil it for you. Stafford does have a nice looking golf swing though, that’s for sure.
