Cam Newton took an L both on the field and in the media room on Thursday.
After the Carolina Panthers quarterback completed 24-of-50 passes for 323 yards and zero touchdowns in a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he showed up to his postgame press conference in yet another ridiculous outfit. Newton heard it on Twitter for the seemingly ET-inspired look:

The former NFL MVP’s subpar performance comes after a Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in which he threw for 239 yards and one interception while also failing to record a touchdown.
Fittingly perhaps, Newton had a similarly absurd outfit after that game too.
