Clay Matthews to have surgery on broken nose
Clay Matthews suffered a broken nose after being hit by a ball in the face during a charity softball game on Saturday.
The Green Bay Packers linebacker was hit in the face during the annual Green & Gold Charity Softball Game.

NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported that Matthews suffered a broken nose and nothing else based on the tests. The Packers linebacker tweeted about the matter and said he would have surgery once the swelling subsides.

The 32-year-old had 7.5 sacks last season. He has been recovering from an offseason knee operation.
