The Dallas Cowboys beat the New York Giants in Week 17 thanks to some bold decisions, great plays, and a key overturned call.
Dak Prescott played the entire game for the Cowboys and threw for 387 yards and four touchdowns in the 36-35 victory. Perhaps his best play came on a 4th-and-15 from the Giants 32 with Dallas down 35-28. Dak scrambled around and found Cole Beasley in the back of the end zone for a catch that was initially ruled out of bounds. However, replay showed that Beasley got his knee down. The call was overturned to a touchdown.

Dallas then decided to go for two to take the lead, and they converted. They stopped the Giants on the ensuing possession to take the win.
The game did not affect seeding as Dallas was already locked into the four spot, but now they have momentum and positive feeling going into the playoffs. Plus, when you’re Jason Garrett and your record is heavily scrutinized, getting wins is always important.
