Awful Corey Coleman drop ensures Browns finish winless (Video)
The Cleveland Browns clinched an 0-16 season in the most Cleveland Browns manner possible.
Playing against a Pittsburgh Steelers team resting the majority of their starters, the Browns actually found themselves with a real chance to pick up their first win of the season in their last chance to do so. With 1:54 to go, they were set up with 4th and 2 from the Steelers’ 27 yard line, trailing 28-24.
Quarterback DeShone Kizer managed to escape pressure and find a wide open Corey Coleman — and somehow, the pass went directly through his hands.

The Browns turned it over on downs and were unable to get the ball back, ensuring the second 0-16 season in NFL history. To be clear, they wouldn’t have been guaranteed a score even if Coleman made the catch, but they’d have been set up about 11 yards out with a chance to score a go-ahead touchdown very late in the game.
You have to feel for Coleman, but really, it’s things like this that explain why the potential top pick in the NFL Draft supposedly wants no part of this franchise.
