New York Jets fans are built a bit differently, and Davante Adams received a hilarious reminder of that when he arrived to his team’s game on Sunday.
Adams signed some autographs a few hours before kickoff of the Jets’ game against the Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. One of the autographs will probably have some mold on it in a few days.
That’s right, mold. A Jets fan handed Adams a hamburger bun, and the All-Pro wide receiver signed it without hesitation:

That has to be a first for Adams.
We have seen some bizarre autograph requests over the years, and Adams’ favorite teammate fulfilled one of them. In terms of creativity, a burger bun will be tough to top.
