Many people had questions about the way the Cleveland Browns handled DeShone Kizer during Sunday’s game against Baltimore.
The rookie quarterback left the game in the first half with a migraine and gave way to backup quarterback Kevin Hogan before later returning in the third quarter.
Kizer struggled in the game, going 15 of 31 for 182 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. Hogan was 5 of 11 for 118 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
So why was Kizer allowed to return to the game despite his migraine? Browns head coach Hue Jackson says the rookie was evaluated for a concussion and was cleared.

Cleveland had five turnovers in the game. Kizer also lost a fumble in addition to his three picks and Hogan’s one. He clearly was not at his best, especially after he returned following the migraine.
