Dez Bryant says Cowboys did not offer him a pay cut
The Dallas Cowboys sound like they were pretty intent on cutting Dez Bryant.
Bryant said in an interview with NFL Network’s Jane Slater on Friday that he would have been willing to take a pay cut, but the Cowboys never offered one.

Bryant was set to make $12.5 million next season, so cutting him saves the Cowboys $8.5 million. Beyond the cost-cutting motives, it seems like Stephen Jones was tired of Bryant’s behavior.
Even at 29 and with declining stats, Bryant can still be one of the better wide receivers in the league. He has a lot to offer potential suitors. Here are six potential landing spots for him.
